Choti Deepawali is also called Naraka Chaturdashi -: 

Today we are going to talk about Choti Deepawali, which is also called Narak Chaturdashi. So what should be done on the day of Naraka Chaturdashi? Naraka Chaturdashi means whatever hell comes out of your life and whatever you want on the day of Deepawali, like Lakshmi Ji, you can say this is a sign, as we have to come out of what we don’t want to get what we want. Hence Naraka Chaturdashi comes before Deepawali. Get out the negative things that you do not want in your life. Invite you on the day of Deepawali whatever you need for happiness, peace, money, health, and a good relationship. When we talk about Naraka Chaturdashi, then on this day Abhyangam bath is considered very important, in our scriptures, there is a proper time for it. The time of Naraka Chaturdashi has to be done within it.

Take Abhyangam Bath:-

On this day you can take any Multani mitti and put sesame oil in it and apply it all over your body and you should take bath during Naraka Chaturdashi. By doing this, it is said that unwanted or useless things are removed from your body.

Donate a Diya:-       

After taking an abhyanga bath on Naraka Chaturdashi, you have to donate your lamp in the evening. You should also donate a lamp on the day of Naraka Chaturdashi. But on this day we light only five days.
